Training Partner

Treneywann Skills Division

The skills-training partner behind HINALL's 1-year online Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, delivered to students across all 14 districts of Kerala.

Treneywann Skills Division is the skills-training partner delivering the 1-year online Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management jointly with HINALL (Hinall AI Labs Pvt Ltd), a healthcare and enterprise software company based in Kochi, Kerala. The division of work is deliberate and simple: Treneywann Skills Division supplies the training delivery and the certification — faculty, curriculum design, student assessment, counselling, and the issuance of the skill certificate from a UGC-approved university together with the TTMSTRCT diploma or PG diploma certificate. HINALL supplies the technology — the learning platform, the warehouse management and ERP software students train inside, the practical training certificate covering that hands-on work, and the digital reach that puts the programme in front of students in every district.

A student completing the diploma receives four certificates in total: the university skill certificate, the TTMSTRCT diploma or PG diploma certificate, the HINALL practical training certificate, and an internship certificate. The certification section of the course page sets out who issues each one.

Why the programme is built this way

A logistics institute can teach documentation and INCOTERMS well. What it usually cannot do is put a student inside the software the industry runs on, because it does not build software. A software company, equally, can build a training platform but has no business claiming to be a training institute.

Pairing the two removes both gaps. Students learn warehousing, freight and EXIM documentation from people who train for a living, and they learn warehouse management systems, ERP operation and supply chain analytics from a company that writes that software. Neither organisation is pretending to be something it is not — which is also why this page exists rather than a vague line in a brochure.

HINALL is a Kochi-based company building hospital management software and enterprise systems, and running training programmes where students work inside live systems rather than simulations. That approach — learn the domain by operating the real software — is what it brings to logistics.

The programme
